The Melcher-Dallas Basketball Squads will be involved in a rather unusual double header tonight at Southeast Warren High School. The girls will begin by playing Mormon Trail at 6:30 while the boys will take on Moulton-Udell in the nightcap. The reason is due to a few teams in the Bluegrass Conference not being able to have either a boys or girls team, plus reschedule dates, the Saints will play two different teams tonight. Neither Saints squad has played since January 5th when both teams rolled over Seymour, the boys notching their first win of the season. In related news, the Bluegrass Conference Tournament pairings were announced on Wednesday and the girls have received the #2 seed and have a bye into the quarterfinals where they will play the winner of a first round game between Orient-Macksburg and Moulton-Udell. That quarterfinal will be played at Ankeny Christian next Tuesday with the winner advancing to the semi-finals at Mormon Trail. On the boys side, the Saints got the 6th seed and will travel to Moravia to battle the MoHawks on Monday with the winner advancing to the semi-finals at Mormon Trail
