The City of Indianola revealed their new strategic plan and leadership reorganization at their meeting last week, which includes priorities for the city regarding future project planning. City Manager Ben Reeves tells KNIA News the city will focus on four main priorities:

1. Our Welcoming Hometown
2. Thriving Hub of Economic Development and Innovation
3. Resource Optimization
4. Protect and Promote Public Health and Safety

Along with identifying the four priorities, several staff members have had their titles changed within the city.

Jackie Raffety, Assistant to the City Manager, Assistance Finance Director & City Clerk
