The Simpson College women’s wrestling team had four wrestlers win their brackets at the inaugural American Rivers Conference Invitational hosted by Wartburg.

Devyn Moore (101), Sarah Zimmerman (109), Ashley Cannon (130) and Kassidee Savaria (170) were all crowned champions of their brackets, going a combined 14-0 with five pins and seven technical falls. They become the first wrestlers in program history to win a tournament title.

Five other individuals earned podium finishes for the Storm including Emaline Hicks (101), Lily McMahon (130) and Noa Arnold (155) who each placed second. Emma Wissman (109) and Jalynn Goodale (116) both finished third.

Simpson returns home for the first time since Nov. 4 to host Cornell for a 7 p.m. dual.
