Marion County Development is hosting the 2023 Best of Red Rock Awards Announcement Event on Tuesday.

The event will begin at 7:30 am in the Meeting Room at the new Cordova Park Office Building. Marion County residents are invited to attend the event and coffee, juice, and rolls will be served. In addition to announcing the Best of Red Rock Awards, the event will include updates on local tourism and the unveiling of the 2024 Red Rock Guide cover. Executive Director of Marion County Development Carla Eysink says that the event is the department’s way to recognize the impact local businesses have on the Red Rock area.

“We’re just excited to really honor those businesses that provide the excellent hospitality, the excellent service, the excellent products that our visitors and residents love. So, it’s just one of those times that we’re going to pause and we’re going to say thank you for all you do. We’re gonna recognize those businesses that are the best and we hope they’ll take this award or honor and use that in their marketing to help them draw even more people to the Red Rock area.”
