In what hopes to be the final change to the schedule this winter, the Pella Christian boys basketball team is hosting Pekin in a makeup non-conference game on Thursday.

The Eagles and Panthers boys basketball squads were originally scheduled to meet on Monday, January 15th, but Pekin’s school cancellation led Pella Christian to face Indianola that night. Following Thursday night’s contest for the Eagle boys, the winter schedule will be back on track. Pella Christian and Pekin are looking to regain some momentum with the schedule changes beginning to subside, as both teams enter the matchup 3-2 in their last five games.

The Eagles and Panthers boys basketball game Thursday night can be heard live on 92.1 KRLS, beginning with the Scooter’s Coffee Radio Pregame Show at 7 pm.
