The Melcher-Dallas Girls Basketball Squad fresh off their Bluegrass Conference Tournament Championship over the weekend kept rolling with a 52-30 win over Colo-NESCO on Monday while the boys fell to the Royals 70-29. Addi Wadle scored 23 points and dished out five assists while Gabby Overgaard paroled the boards with ten rebounds and swatted five shots. The boys were down by 16 points at halftime and fell further behind. Coach Matt Bennett told KNIA Sports it was a flat performance. The girls will wait until Thursday when they take on Cardinal while the boys will travel to arch-rival Twin Cedars tonight.
