The Pella City Council has two additional work sessions scheduled this week.

The council has meetings planned today and Wednesday for what are described as “strategic planning.”

Today, there are action items planned related to approval of a new city attorney and for a purchase agreement with Reliant Fire Apparatus for a new aerial fire engine purchase. Otherwise, both sessions will be for discussion and planning long-term for the current two-year term of the Pella City Council, and no other action is scheduled.

Both meetings begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Pella Public Safety Complex, and neither will be broadcast via conference call.
