The Pleasantville wrestling team came up short against Earlham Tuesday night in the Class 1A regional duals hosted by Alburnett.
The Trojans fell to the Cardinals in a close dual 42-35. Earlham came away with seven pinfalls on the night compared with just three from Pleasantville. The three pinfalls on the night for the Trojans came from Zane Mullenix, Carter Metcalf, and Carson Ammons. Caleb Cook won his match of the night by a 16-1 technical fall, and Colton Miller came away victorious with a 5-1 decision. The Pleasantville Wrestling team will next compete on Thursday when they travel to ACGC for the West Central Conference tournament.
