While the Pella Fire Department has stayed close to full staff for their volunteer service, they are always looking for new potential recruits.

Chief Randy Bogaard says there is an online form available to anyone interested in joining their operation.

Bogaard says there is a time commitment for all of their members, most of whom have full-time careers and families. He says that includes annual training and meetings.
