The Knoxville City Council met in regular session Monday night.

At the meeting, there was a parks, recreation, and cemetery budget presentation given by City Manager Heather Ussery, and a Veterans District development update was given by Economic Development Director Glenn Lyons. The meeting concluded with the council entering into closed session.
