The Knoxville School Board will meet in regular session tonight.

The meeting will start with a public hearing regarding 2023-2024 calendar modifications for snow make up days. The board will then consider resignations for five different positions, including facilities director Troy Pearson, who according to his resignation letter, was informed by Board President Dave Smith that his contract would not be renewed. In new business, there will be consideration of the snow make-up day recommendations, an overnight dance team trip,  a Prairie Meadows grant in partnership with the music boosters, and the meeting will conclude with a finance work session.

Tonight’s Knoxville School Board meeting will be held at 5:30 pm at the district office.
