The Marion County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session today.
The meeting will start with a letter being filed from the EMS association in regards to removing Board of Supervisors Chair Mark Raymie from the EMS Advisory Committee. On the agenda is discussion and possible action regarding disposition of part of the VA campus to the City of Knoxville, and a public hearing and a resolution approving plans regarding Marion County Conservation Cabins at Roberts Creek Park. Also on the agenda is discussion and possible action for a mental health advocate position request, and awarding of a contract for the Highway G28 resurfacing project.
Today’s Board of Supervisors meeting will start at 9:00 am at 3014 E Main St. in Knoxville.
