As of Tuesday night, both presumptive U.S. Presidential nominees have been chosen for the two major political parties, and it will be a rematch from 2020.
President and Democrat Joe Biden will run against former President and Republican Donald Trump in early November. And while he stayed away from an endorsement during the run up to the Iowa Caucuses, U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley says he will back the Republican nominee, despite his ongoing legal concerns, because he views Biden as a liability in the White House.
“The American Dream is farther out of reach with every passing year of Biden’s presidency. We must reverse course and address the nation’s ballooning debt, to rescue future generations from even greater economic harm,” Grassley said.
