The Pella Public Library will continue its Culture Night Series Monday with Culture Night: Japan.

Takeshi Hayasaka, will share about the traditions, history, culture and cuisine of his home country at 6:30 pm on Monday. Takeshi is the Cultural Coordinator for the Japan America Society of Iowa and in addition to talking about Japan, he will be doing a demonstration and workshop about Furoshiki wrapping cloths. Culture Night: Japan will take place in the library’s meeting room and the program is free and open to the public. Another Culture Night about Poland is scheduled for April 22nd.
