The Knoxville City Council met in regular session on Monday night.
The meeting started with administering the oath of office to new Knoxville Police Officer Marcus Wilkins. Following the oath of office, the council approved the final plat for the old KHS subdivision, a public hearing and resolutions regarding the Community Block Grant Downtown Revitalization application and housing needs assessment, and a public hearing and resolutions regarding vacating easements at the Kading development. The meeting concluded with approval of the purchase and migration of city accounting software to a cloud based system.
