It will still be a building program for the Knoxville Boys Tennis Squad. Once again 2nd year head Coach Kevin Wadle is looking for continued progress of his players and hopefully they can compete for a few wins and challenge some of the top players in the South Central Conference.

Wadle: “We’re still working those habits and getting that muscle memory. On the flip side a lot of the guys that were the top players in the conference last year all graduated, so yes, I want to compete against some of the players in the conference, and if we can make a splash in the district even better.”

Several players will return from last season. Wadle adds the conference is what he is shooting for to see how much his players have progressed since day one. He adds the district will likely have Pella and Pella Christian, which are two of the better programs in the area.
