The Simpson softball team is on an eight-game winning streak, and will look to continue that today as they match up with Cornell at the Simpson Softball Complex.

The Storm are currently on fire on offense, batting .331 as a team and are one of the leaders in the American Rivers Conference with 15 home runs and have driven in 125 runs so far this season through 18 games. Head coach Brent Matthias tells KNIA Sports they are seeing the ball well right now, and it complements their deep pitching staff, and they are looking for consistency as they wrap up non-conference play.

The games will be broadcast live on 94.3 KNIA and simulcast on the SimpsonAthletics.com livestream, with Andrew Swadner and Todd Guessford on the call. Pregame coverage begins at 1:45, with first pitch scheduled for 2pm.
