Three Indianola spring sports teams are in action Monday afternoon. The Indianola boys tennis team travels to Urbandale for a triangular. The Indians will take on Urbandale in addition to Des Moines Lincoln, looking to build on the victory over Southeast Polk in their season opener on Friday. Action starts at noon.

The Indians boys track and field team travel to Boone for a five team meet, in addition to the host Toreadors will be joined by Des Moines North, Fort Dodge, and Newton. Competition at Goeppinger Field/Track starts at 4:30pm.

And the Indianola girls soccer team plays their fourth game in eight days after their season opener last Monday, playing class 3A power Waukee. The Indians started off their season with a victory over Knoxville, but will look to get back into the win column after a pair of defeats. Kickoff is at 7pm in Waukee.
