The Indianola girls soccer team fell to Waukee Monday night on the road. The Indians have played a tough schedule so far this season, including Southeast Polk, Nevada, and now the powerhouse Warriors. Head coach Erin Ebling tells KNIA Sports she wants the team to continue to improve each game, and the girls have worked hard over the offseason to get ready for the start of the season.

Multiple Indianola teams will battle the weather today in order to compete, including girls track and field at Waukee Northwest, Indianola boys and girls tennis matching up with county rival Norwalk, and boys soccer hosting Des Moines Hoover.
