The Indianola girls track and field team traveled to Ankeny on Thursday where they ended in fifth place, while the Indians boys and girls tennis teams both fell to Pella in Little Hawkeye Conference action.

The Indians girls track squad dominated in the throws, including a first place finish from Abbie Kluver and a third place finish from Ava Tichy in the Discus, and a first and second place finish in the Shot Put for Haley New and Katie Kluver. Other top finishers for the Indians included a second place finish in the Shuttle Hurdle Relay, a 2nd place finish for Jordyn Brown in the 1500m, and a third place finish for the 4x100m Relay Team. The Indians girls tennis team fell 11-0, and were 0-5 in third set tiebreakers including all four doubles pairings. The boys also fell 11-0. The girls head to Boone for a tournament today, while the boys will travel to Knoxville on Tuesday.
