Four PCM Sports Teams were in action on Thursday.

PCM Boys Track and Field Finishes Second at Baxter 

The PCM boys track and field team finished second at the Baxter Bolt Relays on Thursday night.

The Mustangs had first place finishes from Evan Jones in the 100 meter dash, Mark Bussan in the shot put, the 4X100, 4X200, and shuttle hurdle relay team. PCM also saw a second place finish from Griffin Olson in the 110 hurdles. For complete results follow this link. The Mustang boys will be back in action on Monday at East Marshall. 

PCM Girls Finish Sixth at Eddyville

The PCM girls track and field team finished sixth at the Burdell Hensley Invitational hosted by Eddyville on Thursday.  

The 4×800 of Lila Milani, Addi Steenhoek, Bailey Wheeler, and Tiffani Koonce took 1st place with a time of 10:54.85. Morgan Karr won the 100 meter dash with a time of 12.72 and the 100 meter hurdles with a time of 5.55. Abi Teeter took 2nd in the 3000 with a time of 12:13.73. Lexi Fagg took 2nd in the long jump at 15-00.50. The PCM girls will be back in action Saturday at the Valley Relays in West Des Moines.

PCM Soccer Falls to Chariton

The PCM soccer team fell to Chariton at home 3-1 to fall to 1-3 on the season. The Mustangs went into half with a 1-0 lead after a goal from Justin Johnston, but three goals from the Chargers in the second half put PCM away. Johnston is the leading scorer for the Mustangs with three goals on the season. The PCM soccer team will be back in action on Tuesday when they travel to Nevada. 

PCM Girls Golf Finishes Eighth at Newton

The PCM Girls Golf Team finished eighth at the Newton Cardinal Invite on Thursday.

The Mustangs had a team score of 232 and Gretchen Uitermarkt and Brelee Berger had the lowest scores for PCM, both shooting a 54. The PCM girls will be back in action on Tuesday at Indian Creek Country Club in Nevada.
