Those wishing to participate in the 2024 Warren County Polar Plunge can still do so this morning, with registration still open. Olin Meinders with Special Olympics Iowa tells KNIA News the Polar Plunge is one of the biggest fundraisers of the year for Special Olympics Iowa, and goes towards not only their competitions but other programs for youth.

Meinders also said even if you can’t make the plunge, you can donate time or money to help.

The Warren County Polar Plunge takes place at Norwalk United Methodist Church at 10:45am with registration on-site. Find more information about registration below.
