As part of expanding programming through the new Viersen Early Learning Center set to open this fall, the Pella Community School District is offering a new parenting class.

The first “Good Inside” parent learning opportunity will be held Tuesday, April 9th at Madison Elementary from 6 to 7 p.m., with childcare provided. Iowa Rush will be hosting a soccer clinic for school-aged kids during the event as all community members are invited to learn skills for responding to difficult behaviors in children one to 12 years old.

A second session will be held on Tuesday, May 7th that discusses screen time, sibling dynamics, and more. RSVPs are not required and the events are open to parents in the area.
