Indianola High School Activities Director Lee Nelson will be taking a new position for next year in the Ankeny Community School District, after his resignation became official at the Indianola School Board meeting Monday evening. Nelson tells KNIA News he will be serving as Activities Director for Southview Middle School handling the 8th and 9th grade activities, and he wants to thank the students, coaches, teachers, staff members and the Indianola community that made Indianola a great place to work. The resignation is official on June 28th.
