The Twin Cedars Community School District has announced that Donita Geetings will serve as the next elementary principal and curriculum director. 

Geetings comes to Twin Cedars with a background as an elementary principal, having served in the role for both elementary schools in the PCM School District. Twin Cedars Superintendent Scott Bridges says that Geetings separated herself from the other finalists in the interview process and that she will be a great addition to the school.

“She blew everybody away in the interviews and she was hands down, what I believe to be the right person for the job. So, we’re excited to have her on board and I think she’ll bring some great ideas and maybe make some changes. But I think from just what I’ve got to know from her, I think I’ll even learned some things from her and I’m not saying that I know everything but as the superintendent if you can find somebody that makes you better as a superintendent, then I think you’ve made a good hire and I think she’s gonna make me better too. So really excited to have her and I think Twin Cedars is really lucky to bring her on board.”
