The Knoxville Community Theater’s production of Blithe Spirit opens on Friday.

It will also be presented  the following Saturday and Sunday at the Knoxville Performing Arts Center. Blithe Spirit is a classic comedy by Noel Coward. It tells the story of Charles Condomine, whose life and marriage are turned upside-down when a seance doesn’t go as planned. Life gets complicated when the current Mrs. Condomine has to deal with the ghost of the first Mrs. Condomine. Blithe Spirit will be preceded by a short trip down Memory Lane with help from the K-ACT Radio Theatre ensemble. Friday and Saturday’s shows are at 7:00 pm and Sunday’s show is at 2:00 pm.
