The City of Pella Parks Departments reports the most available tulips are in bloom now in the community. In their latest update, thousands of flowers are showing their color in various beds in parks and along streets. The department expects flowers to continue blooming until at least the end of April, and that the return of cooler, rainy conditions will help preserve those already showing. Additionally, they report multiple beds have not quite hit bloom status, either, but the best time for viewing will be now through the middle of next week.
