The Tulip Time Steering Committee invites any Dutch Dancing Alumni to return to the celebration this May. Carol Williamson with the Steering Committee says practices up town will be April 22, 23 and 24 as well as April 29 and 30 from 6:30 to 7:15 in front of the Tulip Toren.

Those who are returning but can’t rehearse can join as the Dutch Dancers will perform each afternoon of Tulip Time May 2nd through 4th at 2 pm, Thursday and Friday evening at 7 pm and Saturday evening at 6:30.

Dancers will meet on the corner of Franklin and Broadway at 1:45 pm for the 2:00 pm performances. For the evening performances, dancers should gather on the curb by their circle no later than 6:45 pm on Thursday and Friday and 6:15 on Saturday. Dancers need to come dressed in costume and ready to perform. Hats and wooden shoes are required with Dutch Costumes.
