Three PCM athletic teams were in action on Monday.

PCM Girls Track and Field Finishes Second at Home Invite

The PCM girls track and field team finished second at their home invite on Monday.

The Mustangs scored 113 team points and competed alongside seven other schools. Morgan Karr placed first in the 100 meter, Ila Keuning won the discus, Ayla Barrett won the high jump, and the girls 4X100, 4X200, and 4X800 meter relays all took first place. Ryan Bennett took second in the 100 meter, Jorja Teeter took second in the 400 meter, and Abi Teeter took second in the 1500 meter. The PCM girls will be back in action on Thursday at Pella. 

PCM Boys Golf Finishes Third at Home Invite

The PCM boys golf team finished third at their home invite on Monday.

The Mustangs had a 336 team score in the 18-hole event competing alongside seven other teams. Easton VanVeen had the low score for PCM shooting a 77 and finishing as meet runner up. Other results below.

PCM Girls Golf Finishes Fifth at Chariton

The PCM girls golf team finished fifth at the Chariton Girls Invite on Monday.

The Mustangs shot 445 as a team in the 18-hole event competing alongside seven other teams. Gretchen Uitermarkt had the low score for PCM shooting a 102. Emilyn Davis shot a 109, Brelee Berger shot a 117, and Merdith Chipps also shot a 117. The Mustang gilrs will be back in action on Thursday at home.
