Knoxville Hospital and Clinics will hold a lunch and learn event today.

The event is free and open to the public and starts at 12:15 pm in the KHC Learning Center. KHC Dietician Laurynn Verry will explain how to read a nutrition label to help navigate food choices for those wanting to pursue a path to healthy eating. Those attending the event bring their own lunch or purchase one from the KHC cafe. Those unable to attend the event can participate through Facebook Live on the KHC Facebook page here.
