The Indianola tennis and soccer teams were in action Thursday.

The Indianola girls tennis team defeated DCG 11-0. Sweeping singles included Audra Dowler, Keely Greubel, Brynn Bishop, Emily Allen, Zoey Belt, and Lauren Danielson, while the doubles pairings of Bishop/Greubel, Ceris Askelson/Dowler, Allen/Danielson, Belt/Paige Dahl, Maci Lerseth/Addie Wangler all won.

The Indians boys defeated DCG 8-3. Michael Rothchild, Bryson Rehmeier, Nate Winjum, and Eli Chadwick all earned victories in singles, while the doubles pairings of Rothchild/Rehmeier, Erik Jensen/Winjum, Blake Byers/Seb Cooper, and Tate Dales/Thomas DeWall.

Both teams next compete on Wednesday in the Little Hawkeye Conference matchup.

The Indians girls soccer team fell to Des Moines Lincoln at home 4-2. Lauren Burk and Lake Martin scored the goals for the Indians, as they drop to 4-7 and will play at Newton on Tuesday.

The boys fell to Waukee 3-1, with Allan Martinez scoring the lone goal. Indianola is now 4-9 and will play at Dowling Catholic on Monday.
