New art celebrating the return of Tulip Time is now on display for photo opportunities near the Pella Historical Village. Jefferson Intermediate Art Teacher Nicole Pitts was recruited to create a mobile mural that highlights the celebration. Pitts says having grown up near the area and now returning, she loved the challenge of attempting to capture the spirit of the annual Dutch heritage celebration and give both residents and visitors something to enjoy during festivities.
