Three Pleasantville athletic teams were in action on Wednesday.

Pleasantville Girls and Boys Track and Field Team Run into Lightning Delay at Conference Meet

The Pleasantville girls and boys track and field teams had their evening cut short on Wednesday due to a lightning delay at the West Central Conference meet in Stuart. 

The meet will resume today with just four events left to go. As it sits now the boys sit in seventh place with 30 team points, and the girls sit in eighth place with 29 team points. Stay tuned to KNIA/KRLS for complete individual results when this meet concludes. 

Pleasantville Boys Golf Defeats Carlisle

The Pleasantville boys golf team defeated Carlisle in a dual meet at Shady Oaks Golf Course in Ackworth on Tuesday. 

The Trojans shot 327 as a team in the 18-hole event. Caylor Jones had the low score for Pleasantville shooting an 80. Other results below.
