The PCM boys golf team and soccer team were in action on Monday.

PCM Soccer Falls to West Central Valley in Substate Match

The PCM soccer team fell to West Central Valley 3-0 on Monday night in a Class 1A Substate 8 match.

The game was tied 0-0 going into halftime but the Wildcats were able to score three goals in the second half to secure the win. The loss ends the season for PCM as they finish with a 4-10 overall record. 

PCM Boys Golf Falls Short of Trip to State

The PCM boys golf team finished fourth in their district meet at Pleasant Valley Golf Course in Iowa City on Monday to fall just shy of a trip to state.

The Mustangs tied for third shooting a 321, but lost the tiebreak to finish fourth. The low score for the Mustangs was Easton VanVeen who shot a 75. The Mustangs will return five of their six starters next season.
