Dylan Morse is embracing his new role as Regional Vice President with Marion County Bank.

Morse has been a part of Marion County Bank for the past decade. A native of the Knoxville community, Morse has played a role in fostering connections through his involvement as a member of the Knoxville City Council, Knoxville Community Foundation, Knoxville Hospital  and Clinics Foundation Board, Knoxville Community School District’s School Improvement Advisory Committee, Grand Theater Foundation, the Knoxville Economic Development Corporation, and contributing to the bank’s success as a Commercial Loan Officer.

In his new role, Morse is taking charge of maintaining and enhancing Marion County Bank’s image within Knoxville and the surrounding area. He will actively lead branch-related activities, community networking, and engage in business development to generate new opportunities for loans, deposits, and related business. Morse says it’s important to him to invest in the community.

“When the bank does well the community does well. In large part because we reinvest back into the community because this is our market area. This is the area where our customers live, work, and where their businesses are located. When we loan out new money it’s to make things better in our area.”
