Today is the registration deadline for Knoxville RAGBRAI vendors.

These applications can be for food and non food vendors. Applications are for anyone wanting to set up in the downtown area to serve food or provide services during RAGBRAI’s “Racing Thru Knoxville” overnight stay on July 24th. Knoxville Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Nathan Sage says this event is a great opportunity for local vendors.

“Obviously the benefit of being a vendor here during the Knoxville RAGBRAI overnight stay is you know you’re going to have a large crowd. We have Hairball booked and they’re going to be here performing and they usually bring in a large crowd, so we know there is going to be a larger crowd than usual. In fact we’ve had vendors speak to that specifically knowing they want to be here because they’re going to have that large crowd and good business. Honestly in Knoxville we know how to throw a party. We do it every year for Nationals and we did it for the Nationals kickoff party and we had a great time and a great crowd during that.”
