The PCM softball team won their season opener on Monday against Greene County as the baseball team fell to Pella.
The Mustang softball team defeated the Rams 10-0 at home in six innings as Rylee Parsons secured the win on the moud with six strikeouts in four innings of work. Tori Lindsay had a solo home run on the night while Lilian Humpal went 2-2 with a double and RBI. PCM starts their season 1-0 after the win and will be back in action tomorrow against West Marshall.
The Mustang baseball team fell to Pella 11-1 in their second game of the season. The Mustangs three hits on the night came from Nick Farver, Jensson Hood, and Easton Webb. The loss drops the PCM baseball team to 0-2 to start the season and they will be back in action on Wednesday against West Marshall after tonight’s game was postponed.
