The PCM Community School District announced last week that Dr. Jenni McCrory will be joining the district as the PCM Elementary Principal in Prairie City for the 2024-2025 school year. 

Dr. McCrory, a graduate of the University of South Dakota, has previously served as a band director at West Sioux Middle School in Hawarden, as a PK-4th grade principal at East Elementary in Sheldon, and as a 3rd-5th grade principal at Sergeant Bluff-Luton Elementary. She completed her Master’s of Educational Administration and Doctorate of Educational Administration degrees through the University of South Dakota.

She has been married to her husband Ryan for 24 years and has three children: Alexis, who teaches at Southeast Polk, Matthew, who is currently a student at UNI studying criminal justice, and Carter, who is enlisting in the Air Force. Her husband Ryan retired after a 28 year career in law enforcement and currently works as a project coordinator/estimator at CW Suter in Sioux City.
