100+ Men Red Rock presented a $3,700 check to South Central Iowa FCA on Tuesday.

South Central Iowa FCA hosts Christ-centered sports camp for youth athletes who want to develop their athletic skills. The donated funds will be used to support the families of the volunteer coaches from the Red Rock Area who provide the instruction at the FCA camps. Camp Coach for South Central Iowa FCA Craig Douma says that they greatly appreciate what 100+ Men Red Rock stands for and what they do for local non-profit organizations.

“I appreciate so much what 100+ Men does, I mean what they’re doing for us at FCA, but just being a part of a 100+ Men it’s been pretty special to see the different groups and organizations that 100+ Men has been able to reach out and help in our surrounding areas and communities and it’s priceless. It really helps us out at FCA, but 100+ Men helps out so many different organizations in the area and locally that really need it. And it’s just, it’s nice to have that, in your backyard and have them invest in something that is local and helps these kids grow in their faith and we just appreciate what 100+ Men does.”

100+ Men Red Rock will have another check presentation at The Gathering Place in Monroe on Friday at 10:30 am. Hear more about South Central Iowa FCA on today’s Let’s Talk Pella.
