The Marion County Board of Supervisors met in regular session on Tuesday.

The board appointed Jocelyn Richards as Pleasant Grove Trustee, and then approved the courthouse to be closed from Noon on July 24th to Noon on July 25th during RAGBRAI’s overnight stay in Knoxville. The board then approved disbursement of funds for the American Rescue Plan Act, a Local Option Sales and Service Tax transfer, and then held the annual review and granted a salary increase for Marion County Engineer Tyler Christian of 4%. The meeting concluded with the board approving eight different additional expense appropriations.
