The PCM baseball team split with Williamsburg on the road in a varsity doubleheader Tuesday night, while the softball team defeated Chariton at home.
In the first game the Mustang baseball team fell to the Raiders 5-1. The Mustangs strung together five total hits in game one as the Raiders had ten. In game two, PCM pulled out the 4-2 win as Trenner Van Dyke picked up the win on the mound. Nick Farver and Easton Webb both had two hits in game two while Kaleb Devries drew three walks. After both games Tuesday the Mustang baseball team moves to 2-4 on the season and will be back in action tonight on the road at Perry.
The Mustang softball team defeated Chariton 3-0. The Mustangs saw a strong pitching performance from Rylee Parsons, and Camden Webb who picked up the win. Addison Hudnut had two RBI on the night for the Mustangs to help secure the win. After the win the Mustang softball team improves to 3-1 on the season and will be back in action tonight on the road at Perry.
