A Knoxville woman was arrested for felony burglary on Monday.

According to court records, Knoxville Officers were dispatched to 709 Streeter St. at approximately 2:57 am Monday in regards to Knoxville resident Suzette Oldham being at the residence and causing a scene.  Officers arrived and were informed that Suzette entered the residence without permission by the property owner. The property owner described Oldham as walking into his residence while he was inside. While inside of the residence, Oldham proceeded to take food, food products, and a land line phone without permission. Oldham then left the residence and was located carrying the food and food products. The phone was later discovered. Oldham had previously been trespassed from this residence.

Oldham was arrested and charged with second degree burglary, a Class B felony. Oldham is also charged with fifth degree theft, fifth degree criminal mischief, public intoxication, and trespassing. Oldham is being held in the Marion County Jail on a $30,000 bond.
