At a special retirement celebration, Marion County Bank staff in Pella gathered to honor Executive Vice President and COO Ron Zantingh, who has served for 35 years with the bank. President and CEO Steve Kraayenbrink highlighted Ron’s immense contributions, including leading the expansion into the Knoxville and Melcher-Dallas communities.

“Ron, your dedication and hard work over the years have been invaluable to our organization. You’ve left an indelible mark on this company, and your legacy will be remembered for years to come. It’s been a privilege working alongside you, not just as colleagues, but as friends.”

Ron reflected on the bank’s collective achievements and expressed gratitude.

“Looking back, it’s hard to believe how much we’ve accomplished together over the years. I am deeply grateful to each and every one of you for your support and friendship. I have no doubt that this team will continue to thrive and reach new heights.”
