The Knoxville City Council met in regular session on Monday.

The meeting started with a mayoral reading of a National Garden Week proclamation by Knoxville Mayor Brian Hatch. The council then approved a development agreement for a new Kading Properties development that will be contingent upon securing federal housing tax credits.  The meeting concluded with the council approving a detailed special two day ordinance for RAGBRAI’s overnight stop in Knoxville in July that covers a wide variety of categories.
