The Marion County Board of Supervisors took no action after a closed session on Thursday.

The closed session that lasted for a little over an hour was pursuant to Iowa Code Chapter 21.5(1)(c). This code is “to discuss strategy with counsel in matters that are presently in litigation or where litigation is imminent where its disclosure would be likely to prejudice or disadvantage the position of the governmental body in that litigation.” Board members Kisha Jahner and Steve McCombs were present along with board secretary Jake Grandia and Marion County Engineer Tyler Christian.

The Marion County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session on Tuesday.
