It was another special spring for those with rackets in their hands at Pella High School. Several Dutch boys and girls earned postseason tennis honors, including:

Jack Briggs – 1st Team 1A All-State (Iowa High School Tennis Poll, Iowa High School Tennis Blog); Des Moines Register Nominee for Male Tennis Athlete of 2024; “Senior of the Year” – Iowa High School Tennis Blog; finished 1st in 1A individual rankings
Emily Blom – 1st Team 1A All-State (Iowa High School Tennis Poll, Iowa High School Tennis Blog); “Senior of the Year” – Iowa High School Tennis Blog; finished 3rd in 1A individual rankings
Alloree Else – 2nd Team 1A All-State (Iowa High School Tennis Blog); 3rd Team 1A All-State (Iowa High School Tennis Poll)

Pella’s girls claimed the school’s first-ever team tennis title over Xavier, the Dutch boys were 3rd, earning a top-three finish for the fifth consecutive season.
