The Norwalk baseball and softball teams begin the second half of the Little Hawkeye Conference schedule tonight looking for season sweeps at Oskaloosa. Both varsity contests are slated to start at approximately 7:30 p.m.

The Warrior softball team fell one spot to No. 2 in the latest Class 4A rankings, but will be trying for a 6-0 week on the diamond. Norwalk is currently 17-2 overall and 8-1 in the Little Hawkeye, tied with Dallas Center-Grimes for first place. Oskaloosa stands 7-10 and 3-7, respectively. The Warriors defeated the Indians 10-0 and 11-1 in a May 29 doubleheader.

The Norwalk baseball team enters the night with an overall record of 8-11 and a conference mark of 5-4. The Warriors swept a doubleheader against Osky earlier this season by scores of 9-3 and 6-4. Norwalk has won two out of four games so far this week, with both losses decided by just one run.
