A long-time voice on the other end of the line for those needing help is stepping away from the headset at the Pella Police Department this week. Kaci Visser is the outgoing Lead Communications Specialist and has been working in the dispatch center for more than two decades. Visser says she’s grateful for the opportunity to have served in this role, but found it was time for the next step in life.
