A soon-to-be 8th grade student earned a bid to compete at the 2024 Iowa State Fair. Goldie Feldman placed 2nd at the Bill Riley Talent Show held at Whoopee Days in Brighton on Saturday. Winning the competition was Central College Dance Student Chayse Gilchrist. The 2024 Iowa State Fair is August 8-18 in Des Moines.
