The Indianola Young Professionals donated to Operation Christmas and the Indianola Hope Foundation Thursday afternoon, their proceeds from the annual Putt Putt and Pints Classic fundraiser earlier this year. IYP donated $10,000 to Operation Christmas and an additional $2,000 to the Indianola Hope Foundation, and IYP Board Member Alex Gross tells KNIA News the board has helped Operation Christmas over the last several years and they were gracious enough to help assist in bringing on the donation to the Indianola Hope Foundation and be able to give back to those in need in the community.
